As the requirement for new social housing continues to grow and the need to maintain and improve existing stock increases, so the need to generate new sources of income and capital becomes more urgent. Housing Associations are well placed to identify business opportunities which can provide services to their tenants and the communities in which they live. They remain conscious of the fact that these activities must not detract from or dilute their core business of providing, maintaining and managing affordable housing. This site provides the opportunity for members to share details of businesses in which they are engaged and possibly to join together to deliver services and products more efficiently and economically.
